Overall Satisfaction with Jenzabar ONE
Jenzabar ONE is a robust student information system. It provides multiple departments with the ability to effectively perform functions across the organization seamlessly. Users are able to maintain information from start to finish without leaving the system. With regular updates and additions to the system, Jenzabar ONE provides our organization with everything we need and then some.
- manages student information
- manages candidate information
- maintains AP & AR needs
- the Help system does not always correlate to the current version, so updating that with each update would be very helpful
- a method to test users' permission would be very helpful
- it is sometimes tricky trying to figure out which functions to assign to users, so making that process more clear would be great
- it makes employees' jobs much easier
- staff members are always helpful
- great Help desk/results
