Overall Satisfaction with Jenzabar ONE
Being an IT team member we are called upon to use Jenzabar One throughout of day. We assign permissions in Desktop as well as J1 Web; solve errors (which are usually user errors) and essentially train staff on how to use the product. With each upgraade we are searching for more ways to assist our staff in using this product and cut down on manual processes.
- Keeps our students on track with their academic program
- Assist advisors with keeping track of their advisees
- To be able to set course co-requisites to the course sections number
- We have not taken full advantage of all the modules that Jenzabar One provides yet. However, in news releases and product documents many improvements have been made.
