Overall Satisfaction with Jobvite

Jobvite is used across the organization, mainly used within the People Team (Human Resources) as an ATS and Onboarding system.
  • Applicant tracking.
  • Sharing candidate details - The ability to share candidate information across teams and hiring managers is a huge plus.
  • Candidate screening / video interviewing is a big time saver.
  • Campaigns and integrations into social media could be better.
  • In my industry, Education Management/Public Education, the hiring window for hiring educators is limited. Jobvite has allowed our teams to efficiently move candidates through stages that allows us to fill positions quickly.
Jobvite support has always been quick to respond and resolves issues that arise.
For a company that does large volume recruitment Jobvite is very well equipped to making recruitment teams efficient and effective. Jobvite is well equipped to support pipelining and at all stages of the candidate lifecycle, from outreach and cultivation to hire and onboarding.
