Overall Satisfaction with Jotform

We use Jotform internally to request new tasks from team members. The tool is far simpler to use than Zendesk, and easily integrates with Slack and other tools (unlike google forms). Also, the collaboration options will be useful as we continue to use Jotform. Best of all, you can try it and get started in minutes! I recommend this platform!

Pros

  • creative request forms
  • feedback forms
  • post to slack

Cons

  • inbox function (should be a ticket-type system)
  • zendesk integration is confusing
  • should be able to add more users without upgrading to "enterprise"

It's easy to use. It took me 5 minutes to set it up.
9/10 -- I haven't needed support yet.
This is great for small teams who need a solution quickly.
