Overall Satisfaction with JRNI

working as workforce specialist makes me hilding responsibility for scheduling and arranging appointments and meeting for all the Headcount of our company which is more than 600 employees, when my company purchased JRNI i have to admit that it has been way much easier for me to schedule those meetings for the employees with the managements and quality coaches, first i had to do it manually on an excel sheet, tbh it was exhausting long process but now with that invention, it became much easier
  • one to one meetings
  • scheduling appointments with client and others
  • making it easy for who are working from home
  • shows all the appts. in any specific department so we can select the available slots for the upcoming ones
  • tbh i would like it to be less costy so all businesses can use it
  • i would like you to add an easy way of communicating through out the app it self
  • less bugs more development.

  • making one of the most repeated processes easier and simple
  • saving the emplyees time so they can produce more

i felt that its easier to use and includes more features and when they tried to compare the two products JRNI was more suitable for our company and the business process itself as we are dealing with a huge number of employees every day, and also it was suitable for the budget that the finance team assigned for this purchase

i can remember the first day i heard that there is a change in our department that the company purchased a new software and we have to get training for it first i was confused then when i took the handover for it was surprised of how easy and useful this application. i started using it to schedule appointments for the emplyees all over the day for the upcoming week back then, i felt like this software features has to be utilized so i started navigating more and more, my manager called me i described how much im surprised from this software ability to organize and manage appointments and meetings
