Overall Satisfaction with Kemp LoadMaster

The Kemp virtual LoadMaster is being used across the whole organization. The Kemp LoadMaster has addressed many problems and has helped us add more layers of security.

Pros

  • Excellent Customer Service.
  • Opportunity to demo before purchase.
  • Great pricing.
  • Easy to manage.
  • Templates to make configuration easier.

Cons

  • Need to have better way to organize the virtual services.
  • Easier way to customize login.
  • Work on their WAF intermittent issue.
  • Save money.
  • Better manageability.
Reduce complexity. Easier to use and easier to configure. Cost savings is substantial.
They provide pre-configured templates that can be downloaded from their support site. Takes a fraction of the time to setup. And support team is US based and once you call you will get a live person on the other end within less than one minute.
Great support team. All speak English, US based, quick to answer, and quick to solve.

Kemp LoadMaster has the ability to be suited for all business sizes. Their support team takes the time to walk you through it and help you understand why a rule did not work. When entering the virtual service, make sure it is properly documented with some sort of naming convention as it could be a long extensive list. I would question the manageability for a larger more complex infrastructure.
