Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
I use it as default PDF viewer, I use the edit text and typewriter functions a lot, the combining files feature is a big help when we get multiple photos from a client, and I use it to initiate scans from the scanner
- it's fast
- easy UI
- I've not ran into something I need it to do that it can't
- a Youtube channel with tutorials
- time savings
- simplicity
It was very easy to learn. Most all features just needed to be shown to me once and that was sufficient. We're a very small agency so we don't have training staff or a lot of time to spend on it so that was huge for getting me up to speed quickly.
We have a subscription but it's nice not seeing ads for upgrades or renewals every time I open the app.
