We use the Kofax to redact documents, convert PDF to Word, Excel and PNG formats and merge PDF files

- the editing of PDFs could be more intuitive Stamps could be more customizable Signatures could be more intuitive
- Power PDF has streamlined the redaction process and made it look more professional. It does it all for a fraction of the costs of other vendors
Overall, I have been able to work through most issues without going to the internet for help. The YouTube videos were helpful in those instances

Redaction is a huge issue for our records department and I have upgraded the software three times because the redaction software gets better in each version
