Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF
We create and edit PDF documents with ease using Kofax Power PDF in our tour and travel company.
- Very fast and accurate PDF creation from many formats. 2. Quick and simple conversions from PDF to many useful formats and vice-versa. 3. Apply scanned signatures to official documents. 4. Apply a Dynamic Stamp to PDF documents. 5. Create Dynamic stamps. 6. Allow multiple open documents on a single screen using tabs. 7. Easily convert photos to PDF documents. 8. "Active Files" dropdown menu makes navigation between several documents simple.
- The conversion from PDF to Excel (*.xlsx) sometimes requires significant editing. 2. Allowing multiple users (3, 5, etc...) on a single license would be helpful as currently some employees cannot use our company's single license. 3. (Sorry, can't think of anymore Cons)
- Staff efficiency increased tremendously when we upgraded from PDF Power Converter to Kofax! We are very happy with this product and it's many valuable uses.
Ease of use was a big selling point for us. Kofax is the simplest and most powerful document conversion product we have found!
