Overall Satisfaction with Kofax Power PDF (formerly Nuance)

Being a Medical Staffing company we send staff credentialing packets to multiple companies. these packets include deferent records from different sources. We use Power PDF to assemble to packets, place the documents in proper order and send them securely.
Power PDF was one of the first software purchases we made as a company.
Power PDF allows us to reduce the packet sizes to be able to transmit the document to some of our government contracts that have email attachment size limits.
Power PDF is used to create fillable forms from scratch or make a paper form fillable. This was huge when were just starting out as almost all our employees were hired remotely.
Power PDF is easy to use. Great product.

  • Time saving.
  • Cost savings in creating fillable forms.

The learning curve was short and fairly painless. I was able to learn to use Power PDF in short timeframe and teach the basic to new staff quickly.
Cost was one big factor.
Have the application on our local machines because our internet was very slow until last month.
Ease in use.
No issues.

Creating forms - the ability to create forms either from scratch or from a paper form. With multiple fill in boxes and check marks, Power PDF makes creating the fillable pdf form easy and professional looking. I have some company ask me to send them their fillable form after I have made their form fillable. (Forms look more professional when typed verses hand written.)
