LeanCOST is the most innovative software solutions that gives us a centralised platform from which to plan and control product costs reduction. It helps us calculate accurate product costs, enabling us to implement effective strategic pricing. I also like how enables us to quickly estimate times from any 3D model. This tool identify the best production strategy according to quantity and machinery availability. Automatically creates 3D model of the product on the CAD.

I like how LeanCOST greatly reduces the amount required for manual input and allows cost estimators to respond quickly to our customers RFQS. It allows us to choose the technologies that will be used during the manufacturing processes. It also allows us to select the most cost-effective strategies by simulating manufacturing costs based upon the machine availability, quality, and technological feasibility.

We've involved LeanCOST in all our cost estimation process. Generally it speed up the estimation and cost of manufacturing time and costs starting at the design level. I like how it seamlessly integrates with most commercial 3D CAD system and automatically determines the manufacturing processes. Overall it's a great cost estimator and robust.
