New to Lessonly, but I'm in love with it!

Overall Satisfaction with Lessonly

Lessonly is being used by our Sales Training Department, not company-wide. The business problem it solves is the quick availability for lessons on mobile iDevices and the search function that our LMS does not offer.

Pros

  • Quick-burst learning.
  • Search function.
  • Interactive learning.

Cons

  • Better function lesson to PDF function.
  • I miss the search function in chat.
  • Too early to determine.
It is so quick to chat in with the Support team and get a quick question. If one teammate is unavailable another one jumps in quickly and I don't have to explain my issue over and over again.
Search function and troubleshooting is much easier in Lessonly.
Lessonly is very user-friendly and gives me the free reign for assigning and removing content and tracking completion without having to run a report in IT or put in a service ticket. I can solve any issues for my Field team really quickly.
