Overall Satisfaction with Lifesize Video Conferencing

We used a third party reseller for the initial implementation. It's not strictly necessary - you could go DIY, but we found the setup remarkably smooth with some expert help.
We use it for two main purposes - firstly, for internal company meetings between our London and New York offices. Secondly, as an executive search firm, we use Lifesize to conduct interviews with candidates.
  • Picture and sound quality is really good.
  • Compatibility is good with other video conferencing systems.
  • Call recording is easy to use and reliable.
  • The admin settings aren't very easy to find (you have to go in via the desktop app, no direct access via the website).
  • The "do not disturb" function should be more obvious - we do forget sometimes.
It's a great room system - it works best (i.e. easiest to use, best call quality) when calling from Lifesize to Lifesize. The quality isn't quite the same when calling other systems - but the compatibility is generally good. No ISDN compatibility though.

Lifesize Video Conferencing Support

I hardly ever use LifeSize Support (I rarely need it) but when I do, they are responsive, polite and informative.
