Overall Satisfaction with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite

I think it is close to be optimal, I miss some more easier text customization inside the figures, because you feel sometimes little limited. Another item to improve is the automatic line generation, it sometimes create defect when using the relation or line creation. It can require to delete and create new ones quite frequently
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for describing process, performing process optimization and building environments for performing collaborative workshops online. We work with multinational teams, and being able to work online with a nice frame is key for our success. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has became the gold standard for all our activities because we have made the connection of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and our ALM tool to get all our items in a kanban format inside our lucids.

We mainly make use of Google, Atlassian and Codebeamer connections. It works fine, but it would be much better if we could have live embedded Slides or Spreadsheets inside our Lucids. It would save a lot of time and would significantly increase our value perception on how the tool works.
We have not had any limitation when working online in real time workshops with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. We have been able to make use of the templates, the queries, polling and the framing. As I have previously mentioned, it has been very easy to add into our routine, and we have not had any undesirable or adverse event.
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was simply better, it had all the functionalities of Miro but with the increased performance.

For all the scenarios related with online team activities I would suggest to use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite instead of any other tool. In my personal option it is the best one for this purpose.

It is also optimal for process description, thanks to all the pre-definitions that can be added and the automation of the legends.
