Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It is simply very intuitive and has enough functionality to support the design of a software project.
Lucidchart allows me to make different types of diagrams to explain the proposals to both clients and my coworkers. It is an excellent tool to work collaboratively and create excellent products.
I have been able to work from conventional diagrams for software to more customized diagrams to explain functionalities to people outside the software development area.
  • UML diagrams
  • Mockups
  • Shared boards to storm ideas
  • Mixed diagrams
  • More pre-build components for mockups.
  • Predesigned styles and colors.
  • Improved design confidence
  • Time savings
  • Increased teamwork
  • Decreased knowledge transfer times
Making Salesforce mockups was a complete challenge, now with Lucidchart integration with Salesforce it all seems so natural.
In particular, I have not had direct contact with Lucidchart support, however, the guides and online help have been sufficient to support my questions.

Yes

It is highly recommended for teamwork and maintaining a repository of project design, to make different types of diagrams, even if they are not so conventional or traditional.
I have not found a software design scenario where it is not appropriate.
