Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Sometimes I find the tool a bit buggy when navigating through files and folders, this can be quite frustrating at times. The actual editior itself is fine.
LucidChart is used across the whole organization to build software documentation for our clients. We typically use this tool to build our UML, Sequence, and Entity Relationship diagrams and then either export a version of the file or share the file directly if the client also uses LucidChart (to allow them to make comments directly).
  • The templates available to use for creating documents are very good, am sometimes asked for designs for a diagram I have not come across before and am able to look through existing Lucidchart templates to get ideas.
  • The keyboard shortcuts are very handy when making edits quickly.
  • There should be a way to create certain types of diagrams using text only, so that Lucidchart can draw the diagram and the user only needs to worry about the text rather than the design. Sites like ... make this very quick to do.
  • Using Lucidchart enables us to build diagrams needed to assist in documentation and any request for proposals.
I have not used any integrations into these tools with Lucidchart myself.
I have not used Lucidchart support before.

The example is given in the previous question, regarding certain types of diagrams that can be easily generated using just text. This allows the user to build diagrams much faster without having to worry about the design and arrangement.
