Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I feel the magnetize feature is very handy, but I have to find it out from watching a tutorial. I was struggling with how to move the swimlane around to re-prioritize my tasks then I saw this solution. Not the easiest way to get this simple function working. Many of my colleagues do not know about it even though they have used it for a while.
It is used by our commercialized product development department. We use it a lot to do architecture diagram drawing. As a project manager, I like to use it to help the team visualize the project timeline for multiple client onboarding processes. I also use it as my personal follow-up board to help me organize and stay on top of all urgent issues.

I did not know it can be integrated with other applications. It is good to know and investigate what else we can make better use of it.
I can find the tutorial video to learn how to use a functionality easily. I have not reached out to the support team for any other support request yet.

I was not part of the decision-making process, but I am happy to use this product and use it every day.
Lucidchart is very good at drawing diagrams and do brainstorming. I feel the project management side is a bit lacking because I cannot find many good templates that suit my needs. I have to create my own but it turns out fine.
