Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's very intuitive for all of the visuals and colors, but the text part is clunky.
We are using it to create visuals of our marketing strategy, map out new processes, and track projects.

  • Adding text to a strategy view is clunky.
  • Clicking into a text box to add more content can be frustrating as it automatically highlights all the text rather than being an insert.
  • It is very cost effective.
  • Can test the proof of concept free.
I did not know it integrated with Microsoft. I will have to try that and see if it adds even more value.
I like that tips are off to the side and I can delete them from the templates if I want to.

This was much more cost effective and basically no integration required
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Great for businesses that don't have a lot of processes mapped out, cross matrix organizations that are remote, for businesses that never really did any strategy planning before.
