Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
I use Lucidchart nearly every day, from quick white-boarding sessions, to detailed architecture diagrams, it is my go-to tool for visualizing complex information. It is simple to learn and use, yet it as powerful as you would expect any modern diagramming software to be. Being cloud based makes it easy to switch between devices, or easily transition from the office to home and continue work without fear of data loss. I recommend Lucidchart every chance I get.

Lucidchart has all the features of the competition and Lucidchart is great as it is otherwise vendor neutral. It is easy to share documents to co-workers, vendors, or clients who may use a different core software suite.
