Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Used to brainstorm ideas, processes, and projects across cross-functional teams. It is also used to map out processes and define and evaluate the steps of each process. It is also used as a visual tool to map out the project journey from initiation to delivery. Lucidspark offers a great way to map out processes and projects across the large infrastructure.

Can be used by members of any team, whether technical, analytical, or in any role of project management. Great to be used across cross-functional teams. Some users may find it more difficult to quickly grasp all of the different actions and templates but it is not hard to learn quickly.
Lucidspark integration with Slack has been a great tool for the business providing an easy way to share work between lots of different teams in easily available threads - i.e. it doesn't get lost in an email and then never opened. Great integration with Lucidchart as well which has benefitted all teams.
Lucidspark as a real-time tool has been invaluable to team meetings/discussions/brainstorming etc. Where we used to use written notes or ideas off the top of our heads this is a great tool for scribbling down thoughts and ideas and brainstorming as a team. Especially when working remotely this is better than a real whiteboard!
Overall it has become an integrable tool to every day working from home across cross-functional teams. For brainstorming purposes and sharing concepts and ideas, this is the no.1 tool.

Great for mapping out processes and projects particularly where you need to cater for a large infrastructure or hierarchy of staff. Often find this is a great way to provide a visual tool for technical and non-technical teams, so can be used across cross-functional teams. Takes a while to pick up all the different functionalities but overall a great tool.
