Overall Satisfaction with Mailtrack
I'm a startup. When sending out cold emails, I didn't know if prospects were actually reading my emails. Sometimes, friends would mention that they hadn't received an email I sent from my work email. Mailtrack really helps with that. I like that I even get a summary the next day, which shows my open rates. They have different sized packages. The free version is just what I needed but I'm considering moving to the next level as it tracks emails with large attachments.

- A minor annoyance is that it comes with an email signature promotion, but you can delete that.
- I know my open rate on personalized emails.
