Overall Satisfaction with MicroMain
MicroMain is used as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) throughout the company. It's used as an integration solution to centralize Maintenance System within the company. It's resolved the problem of discrepancies and help centralize and standardize the business process across the departments and product lines. We've been satisfied with it and still use it in the company.

- Can manage projects within MicroMain
- The spec sheet is difficult to set and attach to PMWO.
- Inspection cannot be grouped and is difficult to categorize and assign to each PMWO based on the asset type.
- Part inventory is subtracted only when WO is closed. It should be subtracted as soon as it's reserved by WO or PMWO. This cause the inaccuracy of the number of parts available in stock.

- PMWO
- MicroMain helps move from paper-based to paperless system.
