Overall Satisfaction with Motive

I use Motive for truck location, IFTA reports, and Logs. I have been having problems with odometer readings pulling thru incorrectly and ELDs switching to the wrong duty status on their own.
  • Customer Service/Technical Support are pleasant and helpful
  • Quickly respond to emails
  • Technical Support follows up
  • Would like IFTA Reports to have the option to switch to KM from miles
  • Ease of locating drivers so I don't have to call them throughout the day.
Always very helpful, pleasant, and efficient. Usually, they follow up to see if the problem has been resolved.
Easy to locate drivers.
There have been a few application errors in the last month. Not sure if it is to do with switching from KeepTruckin to Motive, as these have been happening since that time frame.
I haven't used another product like Motive so I can't compare.
