NetBase has many useful templates for me to dig into insights and better monitor social activities. I'm happy to use NetBase and it is easy to use for anyone. The only concern of mine will be depth of NetBase analysis. If NetBase offers more detailed metrics and customized functions, I will be more likely to renew NetBase.
NetBase is easy to use. Even if you are not an expert in digital analytics, you can still adapt the functions of NetBase easily. Generating insights and monitoring social activities have been intuitive using NetBase.
