Overall Satisfaction with NextGen Healthcare EHR
Mostly in reporting of medical visits, cash collections, tasking, process flows. As Practice Manager, I work with the front office, back office including nursing, coordination and providers. My job is to make systems flows easier for all staff levels by updating systems as needed and for maximizing revenue for the company.
- Workgroup meetings to update systems, addressing issues and making corrections and improvements.
- Working with OSIS for training and networking.
- I am still learning alot as a new user.

- Would be nice to have a regular Dashboard reporting
- I am still gaining experience with this Company I work for.
We are purchasing the NextGen mobile for our use as a new investment, too soon to say about feedback, sorry
