Odoo is simple and easy to use CRM. We have been using odoo to manage our leads for the sales team. Odoo allows you to upload, categorise and manage contacts and add proper segments to it . We were able to process the leads effectively with the help of odoo. It also allows you to import and export data. You can also connect with various automation tools like pabbly.

- UI can be improved
- The lead view can be better since we have to scroll a lot.
- The server is down or technical glitches are happening . We have seen distance in lead count
- With the help of odoo we were able to organize the sales process with effective lead management
- The export and analytics options gives good understanding of process
- Pipeline options are helping to get idea of revenue projections
