Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use ON24 to lead all client communication webinars as well as training for new products and feature enhancements. It provides a simple and secure platform for our clients to receive training and updates directly from our team. We've also recently started testing the simulive functionality for sales demos and platform overviews which is a great resource to have.

Pros

  • Secure platform. With other webinar platforms I've used there is always a fear of losing internet, notifications not being muted, or background noise being picked up. ON24 solves for all of these fears so we can focus on the content versus the setup.
  • The on-demand functionality is great and simple to use.

Cons

  • There are a few functionalities that are add ons that seem like they should be part of the basic functionality: CRM/form integration, Dial-in functionality for attendees, more customization options.
  • The UI is a little outdated
  • Customer engagement and training
It's a great tool for companies looking to communicate with their customers/prospects for training or selling. ON24 solves all the typical problems webinar solutions have very well. It's probably less ideal for meetings/internal communications.
