Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We are using ON24 to host international conferences. It has replaced face-face conferences that were canceled during the COVID-19 pandemic with great success. The conferences are cross-company in the pharmaceutical industry, and ON24 provides a simple platform to allow presentations and networking to take place in the absence of a face-face conference.

Our conferences simply would not have been possible during the pandemic. They have provided a platform for our participants to engage and enjoy presentations that would have been difficult/impossible to distribute during these challenging times.
I am just an end-user, so I have not set up licenses or accounts, but from my perspective, our organization has been able to scale this for our needs.
ON24 is superior for presenting or business use. For an informal catch-up, I would favor the others.

Hosting a presentation. Because the platform works in the browser (i.e., no installation required), it has worked very well when trying to host a multi-company, multi-national conference with a variety of presenters and needs. The Q&A feature works well and encourages interaction. The presenter, producer, and audience roles make it very easy to navigate organizing a conference/set of presentations.
