Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua

Eloqua is used in our Marketing department for multiple purposes including campaign execution, lead automation, and data normalization. One business problem it has addressed for us is improving our data quality. We're able to normalize our data with various programs we've built in Eloqua - each with a very specific logic flow.

Eloqua is very scalable. It is able to handle large amounts of data and manage all of the campaigns we are running. It has robust programs that our department has built to maintain data quality and processes.
  • Saves time by having the ability to easily set up campaigns, whether targeting small or large audiences.
  • Lead-scoring. We are able to give some insight into which leads the Sales team should prioritize.
Oracle Eloqua is well suited for running campaigns, email marketing, and maintaining active/valid contacts (hard bounces and unsubscribes). We're also able to maintain reusable filters for better targeting when running campaigns.
