Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are currently in the process of implementing the Oracle Modules we have purchased. We are trying to transform the company in the areas of finance and supply chain.

Pros and Cons

Limits Customizations.
Industry best practices.
Data flows well between modules.
UI is simple and easy to use.

We have purchased a few products that did not work as advertised.
It is hard to find a hardcopy book to help learn the system.

Alternatives Considered

SAP Business Warehouse

We used SAP for finance, supply chain and asset and work management. So far, Oracle looks more modern, and is more user-friendly. Better UI and functionality.

Oracle ERP Cloud is well suited for a large complex business looking to standardize and move off a legacy system. It will transform your business. If you are going to buy the suite of products then don't try to interface will other products if Oracle offers an equivalent.
