Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud (including Taleo)

This is being used by a department and HCM has benefited our organization with its rules where we are able to put hard stops to certain scenarios.
  • Global Human Resources is great and top of the line.
  • It simplifies the experience for new candidates and talent acquisition
  • Mobile user experience is great on any mobile device.
  • The UI is not the easiest, therefore, is not as user-friendly as it could be.
  • The user interface could be updated and could have some rapid modernization.
  • Integrate the same user experience through a social media integration.
  • We use it for the original purpose.
Talent acquisition is one key challenge for any organization to tackle. Oracle HCM pulls all statistics related to talent and puts them across the dashboard for better and quicker decision making by management.
  • User interface is easier than legacy systems (Oracle eBS).
  • Investing in improvements in functionality e.g. version 11 had many enhancements in the user interface.
  • Integration amongst the different cloud products is difficult and expensive.
  • Production seems to be different from Test. The same test scenarios fail in Production!
