Overall Satisfaction with Password Genie

There are a number of departments in our organization that store sensitive data and, in a timely manner, the need arises to share that with another; here, password genie comes that helps us store and share passwords across different departments. Also, we use Password Genie to keep track of all of our passwords, making it a secure and dependable solution.
  • It creates trustworthy and strong passwords.
  • It protects and secures our data.
  • Save time by having the data auto-fill.
  • Cost can be reduced.
  • There are minor bugs in UI that can be fixed using update.
  • Integration with external apps needs to be improved.
  • It manages all our passwords and we can safely share it within teams if needed.
  • In a timely manner it will ask us to update our password.
  • It allows multi-factor authentication for some apps.
  • Automatically fill the data so its time saving.
  • In a company, security is the must have. Password genie does the job pretty well.

Compared to other software, it offers some additional features depending on the licensing we have. It is easy for people who are first time using this. Password Genie integrates well with some of the software that my organization uses, and it does provide updates from time to time that extends the features and improves its functionality.

In our landscape, we have almost 100+ systems, both GUI and portal, having different passwords as per the security requirements. So to keep track of all this, we use password genie, which stores our password. Also, it is a secure and reliable solution. It's just a bit expensive, so if the budget allows, go for it. This is a must-have for big organizations.
