Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

  • Not respond to emails
  • Not get resolution to major payroll issues
  • Not provide an account manager to assist our business w/ the multitude of issues
  • Get resolution for clients in urgent matters
  • Solidify account managers to assist company with major issues
  • Know your products and how they work/don't work
  • We thought it would help with productivity in payroll specifically, but it has been nothing but problems and spending time on the phone to try and get stuff fixed
  • Benefits has been a nightmare for all three years that we have had it.

In my personal experience, I would give lower than a 1. Would not recommend at all. There is not enough space to list the problems we have encountered with this system and the lack of getting answers and fixes. In my experience, the system will randomly change calculations that were there previously and cause errors in payroll and reporting and when we call to get answers, no one can tell what happened. They advise that they will look into it and even escalate sometimes but it is highly unlikely we get resolution. We are currently sitting on multiple major issues in payroll that have caused us to spend entire days on processing when it was 4 or 5.We get tossed around with no real account manager that knows what is going on.
