Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use primarily for Payroll, Benefit Admin, Time Off, and Performance Management.

To the best of my knowledge, we are not utilizing automation features and I have asked my HR Manager to help get this going. It would be great to get more assistance with how we can do this. In my experience,typically when we ask for help we're sent a bunch of articles to read and figure out...this hasn't been working well. It'd be much better if we could just get on a call with an Account Manager (or Customer Success Manager) so they can show us these things. Overall I think our adoption and use of the platform is low...in my opinion it doesn't seem Paylocity cares about this or helps us as a customer ensure we're using the platform to it's full potential. If this doesn't improve I will be looking for another provider.
we use the surveys on a limited basis b/c we're a global company so when we survey we want to survey everyone...but our global folks aren't house in paylocity. our employees use impressions some, but not a lot.

We tried recently to use it for a mid year performance process. Thus far, in my experience we're still not able to create the form and functionality we want, and what has also been frustrating is each time we email 'service' email address we get a different person...overall thus far the direction we've been provided has been inconsistent. We're supposed to have a dedicated person - Terre - but she hasn't once responded?
