Overall Satisfaction with Penelope by Social Solutions
Penelope is a human services case management system. We provide services to people affected by brain injury, and we use Penelope to track all engagement with the people we serve. We use the system to develop a 360-degree view of the person and their family system, including all the interactions with the various services we provide, such as psychological assessment and therapy, day [programs], vocational supports, and training courses.
Pros
- Provides detailed statistics for the organisation on all client engagement
- Tracks outcome measures
- Enables effective information sharing between members of a multi-disciplinary team
Cons
- A better mobile app would be a big improvement
- Better standard built-in reports would be an improvement (though DIY reporting is possible)
- Penelope has improved our effectiveness in working together as a multi-disciplinary team by ensuring all relevant information is shared appropriately
- Penelope has enabled us to define and track clearly articulated service outcomes
