Overall Satisfaction with Penelope by Social Solutions
Penelope is a human services case management system. We provide services to people affected by brain injury, and we use Penelope to track all engagement with the people we serve. We use the system to develop a 360-degree view of the person and their family system, including all the interactions with the various services we provide, such as psychological assessment and therapy, day [programs], vocational supports, and training courses.

We use a separate visualization tool, (Qlik) to develop infographics [that] are extremely useful in engaging with all our stakeholders, including funding sources. The ability to quickly interrogate and produce reports is really helpful to us in our discussions with local and regional funders.
