Use Cases and Deployment Scope

PPM Pro is currently being used in EchoStar's IT department. IT projects are tracked using PPM Pro as well as reporting to upper and senior management. The Accounting department is also using it to track their projects and report to their upper/senior management. We also use it for some time keeping.
Centralizing our project tracking solves the business problem of multiple applications being used.

Dashboards

Creation of reports.
Dashboards. Creating dashboards should not be as complex as it currently is.
Permissions. The current way permissions are set up is also very complex and really does not need to be.

We use it mainly for project management and reporting. Which is pretty great!!!
I can't think of any negatives at all.

Likelihood to Recommend

I like being able to access one area and get updates on projects, see where resources are spending their time. Reporting and Dashboards (once you are able to get familiar with them) are pretty awesome. We use the Dashboard feature to report to our senior management every Monday. It is also great for project management and scheduling.

Planview PPM Pro is a great product!
