Overall Satisfaction with Portainer
We use Portainer to manage our docker stack in both a production and remote offsite (backup) environment. We like the simple way you can manage the containers and the ability to quickly diagnose issues without having to resort to the command line. The ability to add separate environments together with Portainer-BE is also a plus. It enables you to quickly check the status of your servers.

- Easy to upgrade containers when needed, plus the ability for this to be done automatically is a bonus.
Portainer was just easier to use and set up. Having had extensive experience with the community edition, it was easy to opt for business.

I did not. Thus far, I haven't needed it.
I was trying to implement a link between a windows 11 WSL2 instance and the rest of my Portainer nodes. I was struggling to make the connection. One of their support guys jumped on a call immediately and after sharing a screen, took me through the whole process explaining some nuances with WSL2 and how to fix it in the future.
