Overall Satisfaction with Prophix

Prophix is being used for our quarterly budgeting and forecasting process as well as weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. It allows us to complete a rolling 3 year plan and forecast quarterly. It allows us to account for personnel planning, capital planning and operating expense planning. It allows us to gather input from each department to compile a complete 3 year rolling forecast.

Prophix has definitely helped our company reduce the amount of excel workbooks that we are using. Since Prophix uses an excel like platform for reporting and calculations, it's quite simple to recreate processes that would have normally been done in excel in Prophix.

Prophix can be very useful for any company of any industry. The Prophix platform is very flexible. Allows for multiple users to enter and manipulate data.
