Overall Satisfaction with Qualified

Qualified was used by the SDR team to capture website visitors and convert them to leads. When visitors are on the website, the SDR team will monitor the web pages that the visitor is browsing. If the visitors are on critical pages that signal that they are evaluating for new tools (pages such as pricing pages, data coverage/quality compared to other competitors), SDRs will engage with the right message in the chat bot.

Qualified has a lot more capabilities. Drift was a great chatbot product that has really good features for a traditional B2B webpage chatbot. However, the traditional chatbot will route the leads through the marketing automation system, CRM system, and then send the leads to the hands of the salespeople. The time difference between when the prospect wants to chat and when the sales people are are ready to engage significantly affects whether the lead can be converted.

Qualified is not good for prospects with very complex territory assignments who prefer to engage with prospects on their own timeline. It is a good fit for companies that have an aggressive sales/SDR team that is ready to capture any lead at any moment. The SDR team should also have strong inbound focus.
