Overall Satisfaction with Referral Factory

I work in a digital marketing agency, and affiliate marketing is a part of our business routine. Referral Factory has helped to make this marketing channel more profitable and engaging, leading to more user registrations. They offer tools and integrations for referral programs, and setting up a campaign is done more or less quickly. So, if the company does not have advanced software for affiliate marketing, Referral Factory is a good choice.
  • Referral Factory offers good templates for the landing pages that can be easily adjusted
  • Campaigns are based on spreading links among friends and followers - it has good leads stats in the end
  • Integrations with Pipedrive, HubSpot and Zapier help to track the campaigns
  • Interface is easy to understand
  • Pricing could be improved. Starter package should include team access
  • It would be great to allow to use own HTML. Now it is possible only at the enterprise level
  • There should be more options to customise dashboards
  • Our campaigns have 0.3 - 0.6 referrals for one contact - depending on email, social network, and type of industry
  • Campaigns have up to 50% conversion rate, on average 35%
  • Our customer lists include from 10 to 30k users

The tools of Referral Factory are suitable for businesses with limited advertising budgets that need to grow their customer base. They are based on the existing customer base that will promote a business to friends and followers. This is how we use them. It is essential to have a list of emails or accounts that follow your brand or company. The more active clients you have, the more referrals you can make.

We kept contacts in Pipedrive and synchronized the lists with Referral Factory, which helps to use the existing lists of customers to spread the promos to their circle of friends.

Of course, the campaign will not be successful when the company has a list of only a few emails.
