Overall Satisfaction with Relativity

We use it for some of our legal matters to manage electronic documents.
  • The interface is simple compared to the competition
  • The Relativity community is good and supportive
  • The software is very customiseable
  • Their pricing models can be difficult given they have a lot of spend criteria
  • Ease
  • Ability to manage large amount of electronic documents
  • not sure yet, I am new to my firm
Very good compared to Nuix Discover It cannot compare to Canopy given Canopy is more interface and features are more catered to Cyber Breach PII review

Nuix Discover (formerly Ringtail), Canopy
We like to use Relativity for small and large matters. It is extremely rare that I would think of using another eDiscovery platform. We conduct PII reviews for one of our service lines. We use another software called Canopy which has much more suitable features.
