Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

We use RingEX as our main phone system for calls, recordings, text message, faxes and more. We have no problems with RingEX. We find it to be a great program for our company and I would recommend this to others who are starting out or using different programs.

I think RingEX is great. The reliability and service is great. Whenever I call in with questions they are ready to help and service me to the fullest. Customer service is a very important factor. With RingEX you can always rely on that. They are always available when we need them.
video calling and text messaging is a great way of communicating with clients. Some clients will only respond when we text them. Listening back to recordings can help us better assist clients with their questions and give them the best customer service they need and that makes our clients happy.
We actually never used any other program besides for RingEX as we are very happy with this program and we are not looking to change to a different one. I think RingEX should be the first choice for every organization.

We never used any other program besides for RingEX because we are very happy with it and we are not looking to switch to a different program for our organization. RingEX is well suited in our company and I think would be well suited in many companies as well.
