Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

We started using RingEX when our business expanded enough to require multiple phone lines. We previously used business cell phones with each employee having their own number, but we wanted our employees to be able to call out from our main company line and have that phone number show up on the receivers caller ID. The option to have "soft phones" where users just download the RingEX app to their phones and utilize our business services that way has been great. We also really like the customization of call flow and ability to set business hours with dedicated greetings and call handling for different times of the day or holidays.

Sometimes the internet connection isn't great/occasional connectivity issues, but 98% of the time we are satisfied in these areas
Previously, we had one main phone line that was the only device with our business number. RingEX's app has allowed all of our employees access to make and receive calls from our main business line as needed and has "cleaned up" the number of extra phone numbers we were using, which has resulted in a cost savings for us on telecommunications.

RingEX app being portable across devices has been really great as well as streamlining our call flow. We especially like the customization of call handling we can set up for various circumstances, like holiday hours or other schedule adjustments.

RingEX Support

I have called RingEX a few times for assistance in setting up call handling or implementing changes in our call handling structure. The wait time to speak with an agent is usually minimal and the ones I have spoken to are excellent at walking me thru what changes I am trying to make as well as ensuring I understand what is being done so I can handle it myself next time if the need arises.

I was trying to set up customer holiday hours and phone handling, but was struggling navigating the phone settings in the admin portal. Customer support walked me thru everything I needed and stayed on the phone with me until I was completely sure it was set up correctly how we wanted. Since then, improvements have been made to the call handling settings that make it seem more intuitive to navigate (so I know I wasn't the only one struggling with that! ha). But it was great to have customer support walking me through and explaining everything, and then later seeing product updates that made this more user friendly.
