Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I have not yet utilized these features, but am well aware of the availability and intend on using the Handbook Wizard within this year. I also use the Poster Compliance service, so all of my legal employee postings are provided and up to date. I'm thrilled that ZipRecruiter is available as well, even though I have yet to use it.
We use RUN Powered by ADP to process payroll, maintain our employee PTO Data, monitor our tax filings, and create various employee payroll reports for
Insurance Audits, our Accountant, and other needs. We are a small business and I am the sole user for our company - this covers all of our employees including myself. It's been an invaluable resource and takes all of the guesswork out of Payroll processing and report generation. The problems it addresses is -flagging employees when they reach PTO limits, and it makes generating needed insurance audit data a breeze since I can make reports for custom date periods.
- RUN is an unparalleled choice for Payroll Processing. Error free and easy to use. We have tried other services and none can compare.
- RUN makes generating Payroll Reports for all types of analysis (internal needs, Insurance Audit needs, Accountant needs) an absolute breeze. There is a wide variety of pre-set templates, or a tutorial for creating your own as needed. Intuitive and easy to use.
- RUN also makes access to my tax filings and tax data a breeze. Reports are easy to find and generate as needed
- RUN sends critical notifications about all Payroll aspects - I was particularly impressed by a 'pop-up' that noted a paycheck that seemed larger than normal - it makes me feel there is a great double-check feature in place.
- In the past, I've found the Direct Deposit feature to be a little challenging to implement. It's been vastly improved and easier to use.
- To me it's more than worth the money. The software features catch mistakes, give me tangible reports that are easy to generate and understand - I've wasted money trying other companies, and none have proved as trustworthy as RUN/ADP. I wanted a one stop resource for all of my Payroll and H/R management and found it in this company and this software. The time that it's saved me knowing I can trust the information and easily access it has been of immense financial benefit - my time is free to generate income for my business rather than be caught up in the minutia.
My employees have not expressed a need to access their payroll information independently, so we have not taken advantage of this portal. I can see where it would be of great benefit, however due to our current smaller number of employees, it's not something we have a need for at this time.
We used Paychex and one other company whose name eludes me (sorry). We have been with ADP a very very long time,so I can't speak to the current value-for-money compared to what Paychex currently offered, however I know when we made the switch, ADP offered so many more features and has such excellent customer service and support, switching to ADP was a no-brainer. I feel as though ADP treats me like a small company would - the service seems very personal, and I have never ever spoken to a Customer Service Agent or Sales Representative who have been anything less than polite, professional and immensely helpful.
