Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I really haven't used them because most of my employees are family members. But I may still utilize the Handbook Wizard.
[RUN Powered by ADP] processes my bi-weekly payroll. Provides information in regards to State and Federal Regs that I was not really getting when my bank was providing payroll services.
- Reminds me to run payroll early when a holiday is upcoming
- Reminds me to run payroll
- Allows employee access to W-2s so I don't have to provide
- I would have liked a better interface when Terminating an employee.
- The processing aspect is relatively quick. I don't waste time which is money in my business.
Not having to mail out the W-2s is such a life saver. The employees could access their W-2 on Jan 1st so they could file asap.
I originally had an ADP payroll account through my ex business partner. After we split I did payroll myself. Shortly after I had an account do it, and then went with Wells Fargo my bank. Wells Fargo decided they were no longer doing small business payrolls and handed us to ADP. Have been very pleased with end result.
