Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is being used for everyday transactions, receivables, payables, purchasing orders, and other necessary features. It has simplified and streamlined our Purchasing Requisition process by allowing everyone that requires access to be able to do it without always having to worry about the paper behind it making it to the appropriate department.

With most of these features, our company has been much better off than with the previous system. It has allowed some of our staff to take on other roles that they were needed in more, rather than always trying to go back to perfect all the financial processes. The Payables process has made it easier for our CEO to approve checks rather than having to wet sign them all.
On a scale from 1-10, I would give the Implementation Process an 8. I give it this because there were multiple things that we had to still do after. We worked with an outside vendor as we knew that we would not be able to learn how to properly do everything utilizing just the Sage trainings.
