Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Analytics Cloud

Salesforce Analytics will be used across our departments for a myriad of data analysis purposes. It allows us to report on data and see problem points and various informative charts.
  • It is mobile friendly
  • Visually represents massive amounts of data
  • Search based reporting opens up use to the users.
  • It may be too expensive for smaller companies
  • Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce might serve the majority of users needs making Analytics less necessary
It would be well suited for companies with a lot of data that their current analytics tools won't suffice. It allows for more control to be given to the users as well as being rather simple to set up.

It would be less suited for a company that could get by with the reports and dashboard features already in Salesforce.
