Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce.com

We use Salesforce.com to track our constituents from donors to program participants in Haiti. We track every donation in Salesforce and use the Nonprofit Starter Pack. We also use Salesforce.com to track the training programs we deliver. Salesforce.com for nonprofits is great because it is free for small organizations.

Salesforce.com offers a more robust skill set and is customizable to also allow us to manage our program management components as well.

It is easy to use if you are in every day. The complexity of the system makes it harder to use if you are not in it every day.
Salesforce has great support when you need it. Salesforce also has a great online community that also helps answer questions.
For organizations that plan on growing Salesforce.com is a great solution. For organizations that are small and will always be small there are sometimes other platforms that might serve them better.

5 - They represent all functions of the organization as we use it for impact tracking, donation management and database management collecting the names of all individuals and organizations that we work with to achieve our impact around the world. Salesforce has been a huge help in working with us to accomplish what we want to do.
