SAP play an important role in growth of organization.

Found issue when we implemented SAP for documents control & printing. It shows page formatting and page numbering issue when printing any documents from the SAP. It also shows the page header formatting issue when page layout change from Portrait to landscape. After wasting lot's of time and money we again come back to our Ensure system.

Good Support from SAP team. But some time found less support from the SAP team in implications of Documents control and printing project. As all the requirements are not full filled and support were not provided properly, we have to moved another system that is Ensure software. If we gat proper response and resolution from SAP team than we could utilise our time and money which we spended during project.

It is well suited for maintaining and Tracking of All Material stock and details. It provides accurate information without time delay, all the details are on finger tips, no dependency to other department or person. All Data with accurate information can be accessible any time. The scenario where it is less appropriate is, we can access the details through the computer only with VPI. It could also be more used friendly.
