Overall Satisfaction with SAP BusinessObjects Lumira
SAP Lumira was mainly used in marketing to analyze potential markets and histories of sales. It was initially small exercises to learn the use of SAP Lumira, which were almost unnecessary because it was so easy to use, and beyond that was an actual analysis of data. We also used it for management reports and were able to use the graphics and features to make understandable charts and graphs.
- Very user friendly and easy to understand.
- Great interface.
- Very high functionality; useful for any business seeking any information about their business or others.
- The names of some features were fairly similar and took some time to differentiate and get used to.
Lumira was the only product we tried per Corporate requirements.
